Svatava Neuwirthová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu Cíl: Tato práce se zaměřuje na zpracování tématu týkajícího se diagnózy a poskytování fyzioterapeutické péče po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Cílem práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy vpravo a zhodnocení efektu fyzioterapeutické intervence. Metody: Teoretická část bakalářské práce rozebírá anatomii, kineziologii a biomechaniku kyčelního kloubu. Následně řeší koxartrózu, konkrétně etiologii, klinický obraz, diagnostiku, léčbu a prognózu onemocnění. Předmětem práce je i popis typů endoprotéz, operačních přístupů a metodiky pooperační rehabilitace. Praktická část formou kazuistiky popisuje přímo fyzioterapeutickou péči pacienta. Výsledky: Během terapie u pacienta došlo k pozitivnímu progresu v oblasti PDK v rámci snížení vnímané bolesti dle vizuální analogové škály, redukci otoku operované končetiny, normalizaci svalového napětí, podařilo se zvětšit aktivní rozsah pohybu do flexe o 15ř v kyčelním kloubu, zvýšit svalovou sílu oslabených svalových skupin a optimalizovat stereotyp chůze. Svatava Neuwirthová Title: Case Study of Physioterapeutic Treatment of a Patient after Total Hip Replacement Objectives: This thesis focuses on the topic of diagnosis and the provision of physiotherapy treatment after total hip arthroplasty (THA). The aim of the work is to prepare a case study of a patient after total hip arthroplasty on the right side and evaluate the effect of the physiotherapy intervention. Methods: The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis analyzes the anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics of the hip joint. Subsequently, it addresses coxarthrosis, specifically the etiology, clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of the disease. The subject of the work also includes a description of the types of endoprostheses, surgical approaches, and the methodology of postoperative rehabilitation. The practical part, in the form of a case study, describes the actual physiotherapy care of the patient. Results: During the therapy, the patient showed positive progress in the right lower limb in terms of reducing perceived pain according to the visual analogue scale, reducing edema of the operated limb, and normalizing muscle tone.
