Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi rozvoje kulturní kompetence prostřednictvím výtvarné spolupráce v kontextu transkulturní pedagogiky. Vychází z předpokladu, že umění a vizuální komunikace mohou fungovat jako účinný prostředek dialogu, sdílení a porozumění mezi lidmi z odlišných kulturních či sociálních prostředí. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní koncepty související s kulturou, kulturní identitou a transkulturním pojetím vzdělávání a dále rozpracovává pojem kulturní kompetence jako jeden z klíčových cílů současného vzdělávání. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována roli výtvarné výchovy, vizuální komunikace a kolektivní tvorby v rozvoji dialogu, empatie a reflexe vlastní kulturní identity. Praktická část práce má podobu akčního výzkumu projektu Partnerská třída, založeného na výtvarné spolupráci skupin žáků z odlišných kulturních prostředí. Práce popisuje proces plánování, realizace a reflexe projektu a zaměřuje se na analýzu výstupů, vizuální komunikace a zkušeností účastníků. Data byla získávána prostřednictvím pozorování, fotodokumentace a reflexí zapojených aktérů. Zjištění naznačují, že společná výtvarná tvorba a vizuální sdílení mohou podporovat rozvoj kulturní kompetence, empatie a otevřenosti vůči jinakosti a vytvářet prostor pro transkulturní porozumění i v situacích, kdy neexistuje... This thesis explores the possibilities of developing cultural competence through artistic collaboration within the context of transcultural pedagogy. It is based on the assumption that art and visual communication can function as effective means of dialogue, sharing, and mutual understanding among people from different cultural or social backgrounds. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the key concepts related to culture, cultural identity, and transcultural approaches to education, and further elaborates the concept of cultural competence as one of the key objectives of contemporary education. Particular attention is paid to the role of art education, visual communication, and collaborative creation in fostering dialogue, empathy, and reflection on one's own cultural identity. The practical part of the thesis takes the form of action research focused on the project Partner Class, which is based on artistic collaboration between groups of pupils from different cultural backgrounds. The thesis describes the process of planning, implementation, and reflection of the project and focuses on the analysis of outcomes, visual communication, and participants' experiences.
