Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací vzdělávacích potřeb ředitelů a vedoucích pracovníků vybraných středních škol v Praze v oblasti rozvoje osobnostních kompetencí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení klíčových pojmů, rolí v řízení vzdělávacích organizací, udržování a rozvoj duševního i fyzického zdraví, práci se sebereflexí, sebeřízení, time management a kvalitu vztahů. Práce dále představuje a komparuje aktuální kompetenční modely pro ředitele škol a jejich zástupce, které tvoří teoretické ukotvení dané problematiky. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky šetření, které bylo realizováno prostřednictvím hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledky výzkumu identifikují jako nejkritičtější oblasti vzdělávacího deficitu péči o duševní i fyzické zdraví, zvládání stresu a systematickou sebereflexi. Zároveň jsou pojmenovány bariéry, které brání rozvoji těchto osobnostních kompetencí. Respondenti shodně označují vysokou administrativní zátěž a chronický nedostatek času za hlavní překážky osobního rozvoje, z čehož vyplývá prioritní potřeba vzdělávání v oblasti time managementu a delegování jakožto předpokladů pro udržení wellbeingu. Na základě analýzy výsledků rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky byl vytvořen návrh microlearningového kurzu, který má potenciál naplnit tyto vzdělávací potřeby a zároveň... The master's thesis deals with the identification of educational needs of principals and administrators of selected secondary schools in Prague in the area of the development of personal competencies. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of key concepts, roles in the management of educational organisations, the maintenance and development of mental and physical health, work with self-reflection, self-management, time management, and the quality of relationships. The thesis further presents and compares current competency models for school principals and their deputies, which form the theoretical grounding of the issue. The practical part presents the results of the research, which was conducted through in-depth semi- structured interviews. The research findings identify care for mental and physical health, stress management, and systematic self-reflection as the most critical areas of educational deficit. At the same time, barriers that hinder the development of these personal competencies are identified. Respondents consistently identify high administrative workload and chronic lack of time as the main obstacles to personal development, from which follows a priority need for education in the area of time management and delegation as prerequisites for maintaining wellbeing.
