Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací mezi pedagogy a školním poradenským pracovištěm při podpoře nadaných žáků na 1. stupni vybrané základní školy. V současném školním prostředí je podpora nadaných žáků považována za důležitou součást společného vzdělávání. Významnou roli v tomto procesu hraje právě spolupráce pedagogů s odbornými pracovníky školního poradenského pracoviště. Cílem práce je analyzovat podobu této spolupráce, identifikovat překážky a příležitosti, které ji ovlivňují, a popsat strategie a postupy, které se v praxi ukazují jako funkční. Empirická část práce je koncipována jako případová studie vybrané základní školy. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pedagogy, členy školního poradenského pracoviště a vedením školy. Výzkum byl dále doplněn pozorováním výuky nadaného žáka a obsahovou analýzou vybraných školních dokumentů. Získaná data z rozhovorů byla analyzována metodou otevřeného kódování s využitím programu MAXQDA. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že spolupráce mezi pedagogy a školním poradenským pracovištěm probíhá zejména prostřednictvím neformální komunikace, průběžných konzultací a sdílení informací o potřebách nadaných žáků. This diploma thesis deals with the cooperation between teachers and the school counselling center in supporting gifted pupils at the first stage of a selected primary school. In the current school environment, the support of gifted pupils is considered an important part of inclusive education. Cooperation between teachers and the professionals of the school counselling center plays a significant role in this process. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the form of this cooperation, identify the barriers and opportunities that influence it, and describe strategies and procedures that prove to be functional in practice. The empirical part of the thesis is designed as a case study of a selected primary school. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with teachers, members of the school counselling center and the school management. The research was further complemented by classroom observation of a gifted pupil and a content analysis of selected school documents. Data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using the method of open coding with the MAXQDA software. The research results show that cooperation between teachers and the school counselling center takes place mainly through informal communication, ongoing consultations and sharing information about the needs of gifted pupils....
