Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kognitivní rehabilitace seniorů, konkrétně seniorů po cévní mozkové příhodě, v kontextu andragogiky a ergoterapie. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat vliv propojení vzdělávacích a terapeutických přístupů na podporu kognitivních funkcí a soběstačnosti seniorů a současně zachytit subjektivní vnímání přínosu intervenčního programu samotnými participanty. Teoretická část práce se věnuje charakteristice stáří, změnám kognitivních funkcí ve vyšším věku a specifikům vzdělávání seniorů. Dále se zaměřuje na principy ergoterapie a možnosti kognitivní rehabilitace u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě, včetně významu multidisciplinárního přístupu. Výzkumná část byla realizována formou kvalitativního šetření s využitím designu případové studie. Data byla získána prostřednictvím vstupních a výstupních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy. Součástí výzkumu byl intervenční program zahrnující šest setkání zaměřených na podporu paměti, pozornosti, exekutivních funkcí a jazykových schopností, přičemž důraz byl kladen na propojení edukace a praktického nácviku. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že intervenční program měl pozitivní vliv zejména na využívání kompenzačních strategií, organizaci každodenních činností a subjektivní vnímání vlastních schopností... The thesis focuses on the issue of cognitive rehabilitation of seniors, specifically seniors after a stroke, in the context of andragogy and occupational therapy. The main objective of the work is to analyze the effect of connecting educational and therapeutic approaches on supporting cognitive functions and self-sufficiency of seniors and at the same time capture the subjective perception of the benefits of the intervention program by the participants themselves. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the characteristics of old age, changes in cognitive functions in older age and the specifics of education of seniors. It also focuses on the principles of occupational therapy and the possibilities of cognitive rehabilitation in people after a stroke, including the importance of a multidisciplinary approach. The research part is carried out in the form of a qualitative investigation using a case study design. Data were obtained through input and output semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The research included an intervention program including six meetings focused on supporting memory, attention, executive functions and language skills, with emphasis on connecting education and practical training.
