Autor: Natálie Balková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transtibialní amputaci Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je syntéza teoretických poznatků týkajících se amputačních výkonů v oblasti dolní končetiny a následných terapeutických postupů. Práce se zaměřuje na proces ucelené rehabilitace se specifickým důrazem na fyzioterapeutickou péči u pacientů po této formě operačního zákroku. Metody: Teoretická část práce podává ucelený přehled o problematice amputace, etiologii vzniku, technických aspektech protetického vybavení a metodice rehabilitace. Praktická část je koncipována formou kazuistiky pacienta s jednostrannou transtibiální amputací. Tato kazuistika zahrnuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh a realizaci krátkodobého i dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a výstupní vyšetření. Data byla sbírána v rámci odborné praxe na Klinice revmatologie a rehabilitace 3. LF UK a FTN Výsledky: Aplikací zvolených fyzioterapeutických metod a pravidelným nácvikem vertikalizace a lokomoce s protetickou pomůckou došlo u pacienta ke zlepšení jeho stavu. Klíčová slova: transtibiální amputace, kazuistika, rehabilitace, fyzioterapie Author: Natálie Balková Title: Case Study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after transtibial amputation Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to synthesize theoretical knowledge concerning lower limb amputations and subsequent therapeutic procedures. The work focuses on the process of comprehensive rehabilitation with a specific emphasis on physiotherapeutic care for patients following this type of surgical intervention. Methods: The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of amputation, its etiology, technical aspects of prosthetic equipment, and rehabilitation methodology. The practical part is designed as a case study of a patient with a unilateral transtibial amputation. This case study includes an initial kinesiological analysis, the design and implementation of short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans, and a final examination. Data were collected during clinical practice at the Department of Rheumatology and Rehabilitation, Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and Thomayer University Hospital. Results: Through the application of selected physiotherapeutic methods and regular training in verticalization and locomotion with a prosthetic device, the patient's condition improved.
