NÁZEV: Logopedická intervence u pacientů s afázií AUTOR: Pavlína Selingerová KATEDRA: Katedra speciální pedagogiky VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Ing. Jana Horynová, Ph.D ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku logopedické intervence u dospělých pacientů s afázií vzniklou v důsledku získaného poškození mozku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvořit a pilotně ověřit autorský materiál určený k podpoře jazykových a komunikačních schopností a posoudit jeho využitelnost v klinické logopedické praxi. Teoretická část práce vychází z poznatků neurověd a lingvistiky a nejprve se věnuje anatomii a fyziologii centrální nervové soustavy ve vztahu k jazykovým funkcím, včetně organizace mozku, kortikálních a subkortikálních mechanismů řeči, funkčního mapování mozkových struktur a role jednotlivých oblastí podílejících se na produkci a percepci řeči. Dále jsou popsány principy komplexní integrace a plasticity mozku, význam míchy a reflexních mechanismů a funkce hlavových nervů ve vztahu ke komunikačním procesům. Následně je pozornost zaměřena na centrální jazykové mechanismy a vlastní problematiku afázie, včetně jejího vymezení, etiologie, symptomatologie a klasifikace, zejména podle Bostonského systému a koncepce A. Jana Horynová, Ph.D ABSTRACT This thesis focuses on speech therapy interventions for adult patients with aphasia resulting from acquired brain injury. The main objective of the thesis was to develop and pilot-test original materials designed to support language and communication skills, and to assess their applicability in clinical speech-language therapy practice. The theoretical part of the thesis draws on findings from neuroscience and linguistics and first addresses the anatomy and physiology of the central nervous system in relation to language functions, including brain organization, cortical and subcortical mechanisms of speech, functional mapping of brain structures, and the role of individual areas involved in speech production and perception. It further describes the principles of complex integration and brain plasticity, the significance of the spinal cord and reflex mechanisms, and the functions of the cranial nerves in relation to communication processes.
