Jana Sohrová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po sutuře laterálního menisku kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem práce bylo přiblížit problematiku poranění menisku kolenního kloubu, poranění předního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu a zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta po jeho chirurgickém ošetření. Dalším cílem bylo zhodnotit změny funkčního stavu kolenního kloubu v průběhu fyzioterapeutické péče. Metody: Teoretická část vycházela z odborné literatury zaměřené na poranění menisku a rehabilitaci kolenního kloubu. Praktická část byla realizována formou kazuistiky pacienta po sutuře laterálního menisku. V rámci terapie byla aplikována individuální fyzioterapie zaměřená na obnovení rozsahu pohybu, posílení svalstva dolní končetiny, zlepšení stability kolenního kloubu a navrátit pacienta ke každodenním a sportovním aktivitám. Výsledky: V průběhu rehabilitace došlo ke zlepšení rozsahu pohybu, svalové síly a stability kolenního kloubu. Pacient byl postupně schopen návratu k běžným denním aktivitám bez výrazných obtíží. Závěr: Fyzioterapeutická péče je důležitou součástí léčby po sutuře menisku a významně ovlivňuje funkční výsledek. Správně vedená rehabilitace umožňuje bezpečný návrat k běžným aktivitám. Jana Sohrová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care for a Patient After Lateral Meniscus Repair of the Knee Joint Objective: The aim of the thesis was to present the issue of meniscus injury of the knee joint and injuries of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint and to develop a case study of a patient after surgical treatment. Another objective was to evaluate changes in the functional condition of the knee joint during physiotherapeutic care. Methods: The theoretical part was based on professional literature focused on meniscus injuries and rehabilitation of the knee joint. The practical part was conducted as a case study of a patient after lateral meniscus repair. The therapy included individualized physiotherapy aimed at restoring range of motion, strengthening the lower limb muscles, improving knee joint stability and to enable the patient to return to everyday life and sports activities. Results: During rehabilitation, improvement in range of motion, muscle strength and knee joint stability was observed. The patient gradually returned to normal daily activities without significant difficulties.
