Diplomová práce se zabývá realizací speciálně pedagogické péče na běžné základní škole z pohledu školního speciálního pedagoga. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit bližší okolnosti realizace speciálně pedagogické péče na běžné základní škole. Dílčí cíle zjišťují, jaké podmínky a okolnosti ovlivňují realizaci speciálně pedagogické péče, s důrazem na realizaci předmětu speciálně pedagogické péče. Dále se zaměřují na spolupráci školních speciálních pedagogů s dalšími aktéry vzdělávacího procesu. Práce je členěna do dvou částí. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy inkluzivní vzdělávání a žák se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, věnuje se systému podpůrných opatření a představuje poradenský systém v českém školství. Samostatná kapitola je zaměřena na pozici školního speciálního pedagoga a jeho kompetence a pracovní náplň. Práce se rovněž věnuje bližší charakteristice podpůrného opatření předmět speciálně pedagogické péče, především pak podmínkám jeho organizace. Praktická část je realizována formou smíšeného výzkumu. Kvantitativní část výzkumného šetření byla realizována v podobě online dotazníku. Ten je doplněn o kvalitativní část, ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se školními speciálními pedagogy. The thesis focuses on the implementation of special educational care in a mainstream primary school from the perspective of a school special education teacher. Its main aim is to identify the specific conditions under which special educational care is implemented in mainstream primary schools. The partial objectives examine the factors and circumstances influencing the implementation of special educational care, with a particular emphasis on the subject of special educational care. Furthermore, the study explores the cooperation between school special education teachers and other actors involved in the educational process. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of inclusive education and students with special educational needs, addresses the system of support measures, and presents the counselling system in Czech education. A separate chapter is devoted to the position of the school special education teacher, including their competencies and job responsibilities. The thesis also provides a detailed description of the support measure known as the subject of special educational care, particularly focusing on the conditions of its organisation.
