Autor: Malena Odložilíková Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat přehled současných poznatků o osteoartróze kolenního kloubu, jejích terapeutických možnostech a následné péči po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Součástí práce je rovněž praktická aplikace těchto poznatků ve formě kazuistiky pacientky po tomto operačním výkonu. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z analýzy odborné literatury a vědeckých studií zaměřených na danou problematiku. Praktická část zahrnuje kazuistiku pacientky, která obsahuje vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, průběžné záznamy terapeutických jednotek, výstupní vyšetření a celkové zhodnocení efektu fyzioterapie. Použité terapeutické postupy vycházejí z principů fyzioterapie osvojených během studia na FTVS UK. Výsledky: Aplikovaná fyzioterapeutická intervence vedla k částečnému naplnění stanovených cílů a ke zlepšení funkčního stavu pacientky téměř ve většině sledovaných parametrů, včetně rozsahu pohybu, svalové síly a stability. The thesis also includes a practical part in the form of a case study of a patient after this surgical procedure. Methods: The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical part is based on a review of scientific literature and relevant studies. The practical section presents a case study including an initial kinesiological assessment, records of therapeutic sessions, a final assessment, and an evaluation of the therapy outcomes. The applied methods are based on physiotherapy principles acquired during undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Results: The physiotherapeutic intervention resulted in partial achievement of the established goals and improvement in the patient's functional status across observed parameters, including range of motion, muscle strength, and stability.
