iv ABSTRAKT Autor: Zuzana Lazoriková Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Jana Sohrová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou zlomenina distálního konce radia. Cíl práce: Vytvoření teoretického základu z anatomie, kineziologie, ortopedie a zejména fyzioterapie pro diagnózu zlomenina distálního konce radia. Na základě těchto poznatků a znalosti fyzioterapeutických metod byla zpracována kazuistika rehabilitačního plánu pacientky s touto diagnózou. Metody: V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou využity relaxační a posilovací metody, mezi hlavní a nejvíc využívané patří míčková facilitace, proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace a kloubní mobilizace dle Lewita. Dalšími podstatnými metodami jsou postfacilitační inhibice, techniky měkkých tkání pro ošetření jizvy a fascií. Posilovací cvičení bylo prováděno zejména analyticky s přesahem do funkčního tréninku a nácviku úchopové funkce ruky. Pro ovlivnění procesu hojení byly při terapii aplikovány prvky fyzikální terapie jako vysokovýkonný laser a hypotermická končetinová vířivá koupel. Výsledky: Provedená terapie vykázala pozitivní výsledky, ale pacientka nedosáhla plného funkčního rozsahu v kloubech ani nedošlo k plné obnově svalové síly v postiženém segmentu. Z tohoto důvodu ji bylo doporučeno konzultovat s ošetřujícím lékařem předepsaní... v ABSTRACT Author: Zuzana Lazoriková Supervisor: Mgr. Jana Sohrová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Distal Radius Fracture. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to establish a theoretical foundation in anatomy, kinesiology, orthopedics and physical therapy for the diagnosis of a distal radius fracture. Based on this knowledge and understanding of physical therapy methods a case study of a rehabilitation plan for a patient with this diagnosis was developed. Methods: The practical section of this bachelor's thesis utilizes both relaxation and strengthening methos. Among the primary and most frequently used ones are ball facilitation, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and joint mobilization according to Lewit. Other essential methods include post-facilitation inhibition and soft tissue techniques for scar and fascia treatment. Strengthening exercises were performed primarily analytically with an overlap into functional training and practice of hand grip. To influence the healing process, elements of physical therapy such as a high-power laser and hypothermic limb whirpool bath were applied during therapy.
