Cílem diplomové práce je mapovat a analyzovat realizaci osobnostní a sociální výchovy (OSV) na prvním stupni základní školy a identifikovat její přínosy a limity. Práce se zaměřuje na metody a formy výuky, které podporují rozvoj osobnostních a sociálních kompetencí žáků a na roli vedení školy při podpoře OSV. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je, jakým způsobem je OSV realizována a jaké jsou její přínosy a limity z pohledu učitelů a vedení školy. Diplomová práce je členěna na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se práce zabývá konceptem osobnostní a sociální výchovy, jejím významem a ukotvením v kurikulu a dále cíli a metodami rozvoje osobnostních a sociálních kompetencí žáků. Praktická část se zaměřuje na realizaci OSV na prvním stupni konkrétní základní školy, jaké benefity a obtíže to přináší. Pro výzkum byly použity kvantitativní i kvalitativní metody, konkrétně anketa, polostrukturované rozhovory s pedagogy a vedením školy, skupinové rozhovory s žáky a analýza školních dokumentů. Výsledky ukazují, že OSV je vnímaná jako důležitá součást vzdělávání a pravidelně se uskutečňuje prostřednictvím komunitních kruhů, zážitkových a inscenačních metod, kooperativní práce, her, diskusí a reflexe. Výuka se zaměřuje na rozvoj empatie, spolupráce, prosociálního chování, komunikace a práce s... The aim of the diploma thesis is to map and analyse the implementation of personal and social education (PSE) at the first level of primary school and to identify its benefits and limits. The thesis focuses on the methods and forms of teaching that support the development of pupils' personal and social competences and on the role of school management in supporting PSE. The main research question is how PSE is implemented and what its benefits and limits are from the perspective of teachers and school management. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the concept of personal and social education, its importance and anchoring in the curriculum, the goals and methods of developing pupils' personal and social competences. The practical part focuses on the implementation of PSE at the first level of a specific primary school, what benefits and difficulties it brings. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used for the research, a survey, semi-structured interviews with teachers and school management, group interviews with pupils and analysis of school documents.
