Diplomová práce mapuje problematiku vzdělávání žáků s mírnou poruchou vývoje intelektu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena tradičně na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část práce popisuje historický vývoj speciálně pedagogických přístupů se zaměřením na liberecký region a obsahuje současný legislativní rámec, včetně podstatných reformních změn po roce 2016 a strategií pro vzdělávání těchto žáků. Pozornost je věnována charakteristice žáka s mírnou poruchou vývoje intelektu, roli rodiny a důležitým aktérům edukačního procesu. Hlavním cílem empirické části práce je popsat a zhodnotit současnou praxi edukace žáků s mírnou poruchou vývoje intelektu na základních školách v okrese Liberec. Výzkum se konkrétně zaměřuje na didaktické strategie pedagogů, míru zapojení asistentů pedagoga a kvalitu multidisciplinární spolupráce mezi pedagogy, školními poradenskými pracovníky a zákonnými zástupci žáka. K dosažení cílů práce byla zvolena strategie smíšeného výzkumu. Kvantitativní výzkumný design se uskutečnil formou dotazníkového šetření. Kvalitativní výzkumný design formou dvou případových studií. Sběr dat v rámci případových studií byl realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s třídními učiteli, asistenty pedagoga a se školními speciálními pedagogy ze dvou základních škol a analýzy... The diploma thesis maps the issue of education of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. The diploma thesis is traditionally divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the historical development of special pedagogical approaches with a focus on the Liberec region and contains the current legislative framework, including significant reform changes after 2016 and strategies for the education of these pupils. Attention is paid to the characteristics of a pupil with mild intellectual disabilities, the role of the family and important actors in the educational process. The main objective of the empirical part of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the current practice of education of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities in primary schools in the Liberec district. The research specifically focuses on the didactic strategies of teachers, the level of involvement of teacher assistants and the quality of multidisciplinary cooperation between teachers, school guidance workers and the pupil's legal representatives.
