Cílem teoretické části je shrnutí poznatků týkajících se dané diagnózy a možností její terapie. Metody: Teoretická část této práce je zpracována převážně deskriptivní metodou literární rešerše s využitím aktuálních odborných zdrojů. Praktická část této práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta a zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření, stanovení krátkodobých a dlouhodobých cílů, návrh a aplikaci fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Teoretická část poskytuje přehled vybraných informací týkajících se vertebrogenních onemocnění. V rámci praktické části došlo u pacienta k subjektivnímu zmírnění obtíží. Krátkodobé cíle fyzioterapeutické péče byly naplněny. Závěr: Teoretická část shrnula poznatky týkající se pacientovy diagnózy a v praktické části zvolená fyzioterapeutická péče vedla ke zlepšení stavu pacienta. The objective of the theoretical part is to summarize current knowledge of the condition and its therapeutic options. Methods: The theoretical part of this thesis is based mainly on a descriptive literature review using current academic sources. The practical part of this thesis is presented as a patient case study and includes an initial examination, determination of short-term and long-term goals, designing a treatment plan, application of physiotherapeutic methods and procedures, final examination, and evaluation of the therapeutic effect. Results: The theoretical part provides an overview of selected information concerning vertebrogenic disorders. Within the practical part, the patient experienced a subjective reduction of symptoms.
