Diplomová práce se zabývá logopedickou intervencí u osob s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Práce se skládá z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretická část zahrnuje tři kapitoly, které jsou podkladem pro následující výzkumnou část. V první kapitole jsou vymezena základní terminologická východiska týkající se neurodegenerativního onemocnění. Je zde představena anatomie a fyziologie extrapyramidového systému a jeho onemocnění. Druhá kapitola se věnuje Parkinsonově nemoci, její etiologii, symptomatologii, diagnostice, léčbě a terapii. Tématem třetí teoretické kapitoly je narušená komunikační schopnost u Parkinsonovy nemoci se zaměřením na hypokinetickou dysartrii a kognitivně- komunikační poruchy. Výzkumná část diplomové práce představuje kvalitativně zaměřené výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno za použití výzkumné metody případových studií. Ke zpracování byly použity techniky sběru dat, jako je pozorování, analýza anamnestických údajů a analýza výsledků činnosti. Ve výzkumné části jsou vymezeny cíle a stanoveny výzkumné otázky. Cílem výzkumného šetření byla analýza průběhu logopedické intervence a tréninku kognitivních schopností v rámci týdenního rekondičního pobytu u osob s Parkinsonovou nemocí a podrobná analýza řečových a kognitivních schopností u pěti vybraných osob. K analýze řečových schopností byl... The thesis deals with speech therapy intervention in people with Parkinson's disease. The thesis consists of a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part includes three chapters, which are the basis for the following research part. The first chapter defines the basic terminological foundations regarding neurodegenerative disease. The anatomy and physiology of the extrapyramidal system and its diseases are presented. The second chapter is devoted to Parkinson's disease, its etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis, treatment and therapy. The topic of the third theoretical chapter is impaired communication ability in Parkinson's disease with a focus on hypokinetic dysarthria and cognitive-communication disorders. The research part of the thesis represents a qualitatively focused research investigation, which was carried out using the case study research method. Data collection techniques such as observation, analysis od anamnestic data and analysis of activity results were used for processing. The research part defines the objectives and sets the research questions.
