Helena Vomáčková, Ph.D. Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit stav pacienta před začátkem rehabilitačního procesu, vytvořit vhodný rehabilitační plán, zdokumentovat proces pooperační rehabilitace, vývoj celkového stavu pacienta a zhodnotit celkový efekt terapie. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou gonartrózy a fyzioterapeutické rehabilitace u pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy. Text je strukturován do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část předkládá ucelený přehled o etiopatogenezi, klasifikaci a diagnostice gonartrózy a možnostech její léčby. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky po plánované implantaci totální endoprotézy levého kolenního kloubu. Praktický přínos práce spočívá v detailním popisu fyzioterapeutického postupu, který vychází z kineziologického rozboru. Data byla získána během souvislé odborné praxe v Nemocnici Vršovice a.s. Výsledky: V průběhu rehabilitačního procesu došlo k úplné eliminaci bolestivosti a značnému snížení pooperačního otoku operované DK. Helena Vomáčková, Ph.D. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care for a Patient After Total Knee Arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to assess the patient's condition prior to the initiation of rehabilitation, design an appropriate rehabilitation plan, document the course of postoperative rehabilitation and the patient's overall clinical progress, and to evaluate the overall effect of the therapy. Methods: The chosen topic reflects current clinical practice. The text is divided into two main parts. The theoretical section presents a synthesis of knowledge regarding gonarthrosis, its treatment, total knee replacement, and rehabilitation. The special part is processed as a case study of a patient after total knee replacement. The partial contribution of the thesis lies in a detailed description of physiotherapeutic procedures based on the initial kinesiological analysis. Data for the special part of the thesis were collected during a continuous professional internship at the Vršovice Hospital. Results: During the rehabilitation process, pain was alleviated and postoperative oedema of the operated lower limb was partially reduced.
