Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace učitelů k práci se žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na základní škole v kontextu současného inkluzivního vzdělávání. Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory ovlivňující motivaci učitelů a ověřit vztahy mezi vybranými proměnnými, které se podílejí na utváření jejich profesní motivace. Pozornost je věnována zejména vlivu délky pedagogické praxe, stupně základní školy, na němž učitel působí, úrovni odborného vzdělání v oblasti speciální pedagogiky, kterým učitelé disponují, vnímané podpoře ze strany školy a míře prožívaného stresu a syndromu vyhoření. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy související s motivací, charakterizuje specifika učitelské profese a popisuje problematiku vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Dále se zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující motivaci učitelů a možnosti její podpory v prostředí základní školy z pohledu školského managementu a řízení lidských zdrojů ve školství. Empirická část práce je realizována formou kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi učiteli základních škol. Výzkumný soubor tvoří pedagogičtí pracovníci základních škol, kteří se zapojili do dotazníkového šetření. Získaná data jsou analyzována pomocí statistických metod a slouží k ověření stanovených hypotéz.... This thesis addresses the issue of teachers' motivation to work with students with special educational needs at primary schools in the context of contemporary inclusive education. The main objective is to analyse the factors influencing teachers' motivation and to verify the relationships between selected variables that contribute to the formation of their professional motivation. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the length of teaching experience, the level of primary education at which the teacher works, the level of professional qualification in special education that teachers possess, perceived support from the school, and the level of experienced stress and burnout. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to motivation, characterises the specifics of the teaching profession, and describes the issue of education of students with special educational needs. It further focuses on factors influencing teachers' motivation and the possibilities of its support in the primary school environment from the perspective of educational management and human resource management in education.
