Tato práce se zabývá tématem využití silných stránek a zájmů žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Cílem této práce je popsat, jak jsou ve vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami využívány jejich silné stránky a zájmy. Jsou popsána teoretická východiska, následuje metodologie výzkumu a popis výsledků výzkumného šetření. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum formou multipřípadové studie. Rozebráno bude devět případů, tedy devět žáků z hlediska využívání jejich silných stránek a zájmů ve vzdělávání. Konkrétně v této práci figurují žáci s lehkým mentálním postižením a/či poruchou autistického spektra jako primárním postižením. Ke sběru dat v tomto výzkumu byly využity dvě doplňující se metody - rozhovory s respondenty a analýza dokumentace žáků. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo na základní škole zřízené dle § 16 odst. 9 školského zákona, vzdělávání zde probíhá dle rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání. Výzkumný vzorek tvořila jedna třída, v níž se vzdělávali žáci 2. ročníku. V textu této práce byla žákům pro zachování anonymity změněna jména na fiktivní. Výsledky šetření ukazují, že dotazovaní pedagogičtí pracovníci využívají zjištěné silné stránky a zájmy žáků především jako motivaci tak, že volí zadání a úkoly, které korespondují s oblastí zájmu žáka. Dále také zájmy... This thesis deals with the topic of utilizing the strengths and interests of pupils with special educational needs. The aim of this thesis is to describe how their strengths and interests are used in the education of pupils with special educational needs. The theoretical background is described, followed by the research methodology and a description of the results of the research investigation. This is qualitative research in the form of a multi-case study. Nine cases will be analyzed, i.e. nine pupils from the point of view of utilizing their strengths and interests in education. Specifically, this work features pupils with mild mental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder as a primary disability. Two complementary methods were used to collect data in this research - interviews with respondents and analysis of pupils' documentation. The research investigation took place at a primary school established in accordance with Section 16, paragraph 9 of the Education Act, and education here takes place according to the framework educational programme for primary education. The research sample consisted of one class in which 2nd grade pupils were educated. In the text of this work, the names of the pupils have been changed to fictitious ones to preserve their anonymity.
