Tato bakalářská práce reaguje na kritickou mezeru mezi neměnným nastavením školní prevence a dynamickou realitou dospívání mládeže v digitální éře, konkrétně u žáků na 2. stupni ZŠ a studentů SŠ. Hlavním přínosem práce je hloubková analýza systémových bariér nahlížená z perspektivy expertů z neziskového sektoru, které v terénu denně konfrontují moderní formy násilí, jako je love-bombing, stalking či nebezpečná romantizace toxicity v prostředí sociálních sítí. V rámci praktické části byl uplatněn kvalitativní výzkumný design, přičemž z výsledků šesti expertních rozhovorů vyplývá, že současná školní prevence zůstává v mnoha případech pouze na formální úrovni a naráží na metodickou nejistotu i nízkou kompetenci pedagogů pracovat s hloubkovou dynamikou vztahů. Výzkum zásadně odhaluje riziko sekundární viktimizace žáků při neodborném či necitlivém řešení incidentů a zdůrazňuje nezbytnost celkové změny paradigmatu v přístupu k agresi. Práce namísto tradičního represivního trestání představuje model konstruktivní práce s agresí jako s legitimní emocí a energií, kterou je třeba v rámci výchovného procesu kultivovat a transformovat. Závěrečná část práce vyúsťuje v komplexní návrh modelu systémové synergie mezi školskými zařízeními a neziskovým sektorem. Výstupem jsou konkrétní metodická doporučení... This bachelor thesis responds to the critical gap between the often rigid settings of school prevention and the highly dynamic reality of adolescent development in the digital era, specifically focusing on lower and upper secondary school students. The primary contribution of this work is an in-depth analysis of systemic barriers from the perspective of non-profit sector experts, who daily encounter modern forms of violence in the field, such as love-bombing, stalking, or the dangerous romanticization of toxicity within social media environments. Within the practical part, a qualitative research design was applied, where the results of six expert interviews indicate that current school prevention often remains merely at a formal level and faces methodological uncertainty as well as low pedagogical competence in addressing the deep dynamics of relationships. The research fundamentally reveals the risk of secondary victimization of students during unprofessional or insensitive incident management and emphasizes the necessity of an overall paradigm shift in the approach to aggression. Instead of traditional punitive measures, the thesis presents a model of constructive work with aggression as a legitimate emotion and energy that needs to be cultivated and transformed within the educational process....
