Kateřina Maršáková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení efektu navrženého rehabilitačního plánu v časné pooperační fázi. Tato práce byla zpracovávána na podkladě bakalářských praxí v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze. Metody: Kazuistika obsahuje vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, deset terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a závěrem kazuistiky je zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Zhodnocení efektu terapie poukazuje na zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacientky na základě spolupráce při společných terapiích. Závěr: Zvolený fyzioterapeutický postup se ukázal jako efektivní pro včasnou rekonvalescenci po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Aplikace zvolené kombinace fyzioterapeutických technik vedla k pozitivní změně zdravotního stavu pacientky. Výsledky kazuistiky potvrzují, že individualizovaná a komplexní rehabilitační péče je klíčovým faktorem pro minimalizaci pooperačních komplikací a úspěšný návrat do běžného života. Kateřina Maršáková Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee arthroplasty Objectives: The primary objective of this bachelor thesis is to present a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient following total knee arthroplasty. The work focuses on evaluating the effect of a designed rehabilitation plan in the early postoperative phase. This thesis was developed based on clinical practice at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague. Methods: The case study includes an initial kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapeutic plans, ten therapeutic units, and a final kinesiological examination. The case study concludes with an evaluation of the therapeutic effect. Results: The evaluation of the therapeutic effect demonstrates an improvement in the patient's health status based on active cooperation during the sessions. Conclusion: The chosen physiotherapeutic approach proved to be effective for early recovery following total knee arthroplasty. The application of the selected combination of physiotherapeutic techniques led to a positive change in the patient's health status.
