Práca sa zaoberá bezpečnostnými postupmi palubného personálu v obchodnej leteckej doprave. Cieľom práce je analyzovať štandardné operačné postupy uplatňované pri zabezpečovaní bezpečnosti cestujúcich počas jednotlivých fáz letu. Pozornosť je venovaná aktuálnemu právnemu rámcu a jeho vplyvu na obsah a rozsah povinností palubného personálu. Práca sa zároveň zameriava na praktické uplatňovanie týchto postupov v prevádzke leteckej spoločnosti, ako aj na právny rámec výcvikového programu palubných sprievodcov s dôrazom na osobné skúsenosti autora v reálnej prevádzke. Výsledkom práce je komplexný prehľad každodennej činnosti palubného sprievodcu, dosah legislatívy na túto činnosť a systematickosti výcviku palubného sprievodcu. The thesis deals with the safety procedures of cabin crew in commercial air transport. The aim of the thesis is to analyze standard operating procedures applied in ensuring passenger safety during the various phases of flight. Attention is given to the current legal framework and its impact on the scope and content of cabin crew duties. The thesis also focuses on the practical application of these procedures in airline operations, as well as on the legal framework of the cabin crew training program, with an emphasis on the author’s personal experience in real operations. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive overview of the daily activities of a cabin crew member, the impact of legislation on these activities, and the systematic nature of cabin crew training.
