Postupně je popsán výběr přístrojového nastavení, stanovení parametrů metody a vliv prostředí. Optimalizovaná metoda byla ověřena analýzou reálných vzorků uranových vod poskytnutých státním podnikem DIAMO.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of a luminescence-based method for determining uranium in solution. The theoretical part focuses on uranium and its mining in the Czech Republic, specifically in the Dolní Rožínka area. The environmental impact of uranium mining is subsequently analysed. The experimental part summarizes the optimization of a phosphorimetric method for uranium determination. The selection of instrumental settings, determination of method parameters, and the influence of environmental conditions are described step by step. The optimized method was validated through the analysis of real samples of uranium-containing waters provided by the state enterprise DIAMO.
