Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením informačních systémů použitých ve společnosti zabývající se poskytováním hlasových služeb a následným návrhem změn. Teoretická část se věnuje úvodu do problematiky informačních systémů a popisuje metody pro posouzení jejich efektivnosti. Tyto poznatky jsou poté aplikovány v analytické části. Na základě provedených analýz jsou dále identifikovány nedostatky a zpracovány návrhy ke zlepšení současného stavu s následným časovým a ekonomickým zhodnocením. This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the information systems used within a company providing voice services and subsequent proposals of modifications. The theoretical part covers the essential background of information systems and describes methods for their evaluation. This knowledge is applied in the analytical part afterwards. The deficiencies are identified on the basis of the analysis and proposals to improve the current state are formulated with subsequent time and economical evaluation.
