Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro založení malého podniku v Uherském Brodě, kterým bude specializovaná prodejna přízí doplněná o kavárenskou část, pořádání workshopů a komunitní akce. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy související s podnikáním, založením malého podniku, podnikatelským plánem a strategickými analýzami vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Analytická část je zaměřena na analýzu trhu, konkurence a potenciálních zákazníků za využití strategických analýz a marketingového výzkumu. Na základě získaných poznatků je v návrhové části zpracován podnikatelský plán pro založení podniku. Součástí práce je také harmonogram implementace. This thesis focuses on the design of a business plan for establishing a small business in Uherský Brod, which will be a specialised yarn shop featuring a café area, as well as the organisation of workshops and community events. The theoretical section of the thesis defines basic concepts related to entrepreneurship, starting a small business, business plans, and strategic analyses of the business’s external and internal environments. The analytical section focuses on analyzing the market, competition, and potential customers using strategic analyses and marketing research. Based on the findings, the design section presents a business plan for establishing the business. The thesis also includes an implementation schedule.
