Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem „Hanácké Artéky“ – novostavby muzea, městské galerie a badatelského zázemí v historickém centru Prostějova. Projekt reaguje na prostorové a technické limity stávajícího muzea a rozšiřuje jej o hybridní instituci, která pod jednou střechou organicky propojuje vědecký výzkum, restaurátorské laboratoře, depozitáře a veřejné expozice. Urbanistický koncept citlivě doplňuje asanovanou stopu bývalého židovského ghetta. Rozvolněním parteru a vytvořením chráněného zeleného vnitrobloku navazuje na frekventované pěší trasy a klášterní zahradu kostela Povýšení svatého Kříže. Architektonické řešení v podobě kompaktního, plechem opláštěného solitéru s dynamicky zalamovanou geometrií vnáší do historického jádra soudobý výraz, zatímco v interiéru uplatňuje princip tzv. duality provozu, který vizuálně propojuje svět vědy se světem návštěvníka. This master's thesis deals with the design of the "Artéka in Haná region" – a new building for a museum, municipal gallery, and research facility in the historic center of Prostějov. The project responds to the spatial and technical limitations of the existing museum and expands it with a hybrid institution that organically integrates scientific research, restoration laboratories, depositories, and public exhibitions under one roof. The urban planning concept sensitively complements the cleared footprint of the former Jewish ghetto. By opening up the ground floor and creating a protected green courtyard, the design connects to busy pedestrian routes and the monastery garden of the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. The architectural solution, featuring a compact, sheet metal-clad solitaire with dynamically angled geometry, introduces a contemporary expression to the historic core, while the interior applies the principle of "dual operation," visually bridging the world of science with that of the visitor.
