Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dílenského portálového jeřábu s nosností 2 t. Práce zahrnuje rešerši dostupných portálových jeřábů vhodných pro dílenské použití, výběr vhodné konstrukční koncepce a následné rozměrové a funkční výpočty jednotlivých částí konstrukce dle platných legislativních předpisů. Hlavní část práce tvoří návrh hlavních konstrukčních komponent a pevnostní výpočet vybraných částí rámu. Výstupem je konstrukční návrh zařízení doplněný o výkresovou dokumentaci nosného rámu jeřábu. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a workshop gantry crane with a load capacity of 2 tons. The thesis includes a review of available gantry cranes suitable for workshop use, the selection of an appropriate structural concept, and subsequent dimensional and functional calculations of individual parts of the structure in accordance with applicable legislative regulations. The main part of the thesis consists of the design of the main structural components and the strength analysis of selected parts of the frame. The output is a structural design of the device complemented by drawing documentation of the crane’s supporting frame.
