Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem, realizací a analýzou demonstračního modelu setrvačníkové baterie. Mechanická část zahrnuje návrh ocelového rotoru, výpočet ložisek a rotordynamickou analýzu. Pohon a rekuperaci zajišťuje stejnosměrný motor řízený Arduinem přes H-můstek. Experimentální testování potvrdilo funkčnost prototypu s průměrnou účinností elektromechanického systému 16,4% a celkovou rekuperační účinností 4,9%.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design, construction, and analysis of a demonstration model of a flywheel energy storage system. The mechanical part includes a steel rotor design, bearing calculations, and a rotordynamics analysis. Drive and energy recuperation are provided by a DC motor controlled by Arduino via an H-bridge. Experimental testing confirmed the prototype's functionality with an average electromechanical efficiency of 16.4% and an overall recuperation efficiency of 4.9%. Losses are primarily caused by the limitations of the DC-DC converter and friction in the mechanical bearings. Finally, future improvements including magnetic bearings, a vacuum chamber, and an AC motor are proposed, which would bring the system closer to industrial standards.
