Diplomová práca sa zameriava na využitie nástrojov a metód riadenia rizík v prostredí start-upu, pričom ako praktický subjekt skúmania využíva technologickú spoločnosť DynaNIC. Cieľom práce je aplikovať vybrané manažérske metódy na identifikáciu, analýzu a následnú mitigáciu strategických rizík spojených s globálnou expanziou na trh inteligentných sieťových adaptérov (SmartNIC).Teoretická časť definuje špecifiká riadenia rizík v deep-tech sektore a metodiku 4T. Analytická časť implementuje nástroje PESTLE, McKinsey 7S a kvantitatívne hodnotenie rizík. Návrhová časť prezentuje komplexný súbor opatrení, ktorý zahŕňa budovanie globálnych partnerstiev, patentovú ochranu a podrobnú analýzu ekonomickej náročnosti. Práca preukazuje, že systematické riadenie rizík je kľúčovým faktorom pre stabilitu a zvyšovanie investičnej atraktivity start-upu na medzinárodnej úrovni. The master's thesis focuses on the application of risk management tools and methods in a start-up environment, using the technology company DynaNIC as a practical case study. The objective of the thesis is to apply selected management methods to identify, analyze, and subsequently mitigate strategic risks associated with global expansion into the smart network interface card (SmartNIC) market. The theoretical part defines the specifics of risk management within the deep-tech sector and the 4T methodology. The analytical section implements tools such as PESTLE, McKinsey 7S, and quantitative risk assessment. The proposal section presents a comprehensive set of measures, including the development of global partnerships, patent protection, and a detailed economic analysis. The thesis demonstrates that systematic risk management is a key factor for the stability and enhancement of a start-up's investment attractiveness on an international scale.
