Předmětem bakalářské práce byl návrh novostavby chladírny a mrazírny masa, ovoce a zeleniny v obci Jevišovka. Řešené území se nachází v severozápadní části obce v tzv. brownfields. Klíčovým záměrem byla rekultivace tohoto brownfieldu a navrácení účelu nevyužívaného pozemku. Navrhovaný objekt lze rozdělit do třech základních ploch. Do plochy pro zaměstnance, plochy servisní a plochy výrobní. Dominanta celého objektu je halová část, která je ohraničena ze dvou stran administrativní a servisní částí. Díky rozlehlé ploše střechy haly může být navrženo, a tak využito funkce fotovoltaických panelů. Tyto panely mohou pokrýt část potřebné energie pro chod mrazících boxů. The subject of this bachelor's thesis was the design of a new cold storage and freezing facility for meat, fruit, and vegetables in the village of Jevišovka. The site is located in the northwestern part of the village in a so-called brownfield area. A key objective of the project was the reclamation of this brownfield and the restoration of purpose to an unused plot of land. The proposed building can be divided into three primary functional areas: staff facilities, service areas, and production areas. The dominant feature of the building is the production section, which is bordered on two sides by the administrative and service wings. Due to the spacious roof area of the hall, a photovoltaic system can be implemented to harness solar energy. These panels can cover a portion of the energy demand required for the operation of the freezers.
