Teoretická část práce obsahuje rešerši metod 3D skenování, zpracování mračen bodů, tvorby polygonálních sítí a základních principů dynamiky motocyklů. Praktická část popisuje přípravu měřeného objektu, rozmístění referenčních bodů, kalibraci měřicího systému a sběr prostorových dat pomocí ručního laserového skeneru ZEISS T-SCAN hawk 2.
This bachelor’s thesis deals with reverse engineering and 3D digitization of a single-track vehicle for the purpose of creating a spatial model suitable for use in the IPG MotorcycleMaker simulation environment. The main objective of the thesis is contactless 3D digitization of the Aprilia RS 660 sport motorcycle and the subsequent processing of the acquired data into a form suitable for further use in motorcycle dynamics simulations. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a literature review of 3D scanning methods, point cloud processing, polygonal mesh creation, and the basic principles of motorcycle dynamics. The practical part describes the preparation of the measured object, the placement of reference markers, the calibration of the measuring system, and the acquisition of spatial data using the ZEISS T-SCAN hawk 2 handheld laser scanner. Subsequently, the postprocessing of the acquired data, optimization of the polygonal mesh, and transformation of the model into a suitable coordinate system are described. The result of the thesis is an optimized polygonal model of the motorcycle in STL and OBJ formats, which was spatially aligned and scaled for import into the simulation environment, where it serves as a visual and geometric representation of the real machine.
