Práce vymezí diskriminaci v pracovně právních vztazích se zaměřením zejména na diskriminaci v přístupu k zaměstnání a na různé formy obtěžování (mobbing, bossing a stalking). Práce také zhodnotí stav zákonných prostředků boje proti diskriminaci po přijetí antidiskriminačního zákona. Výsledná práce by mohla být určitým manuálem, jak postupovat při obraně proti různým diskriminačním praktikám. Graduation theses define a discrimination in labour relations with a view to the diskrimination in approach to employment and to various types molestations (mobbing, bossing and stalking). Graduation theses define also the loom of legitimate subserviences fight against diskrimination upon acceptance the antidiskrimination act. The final theses might be a specific manual, how to act in defence against different diskrimination practices.
