Práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování zaměstnanců ve firmě KOVO Koukola, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vymezit teoretický koncept systému odměňování pracovníků a konfrontovat jej s reálně fungujícím systémem v konkrétním podniku. The work deals with the remuneration of employees in KOVO Koukola Ltd. The main aim of this thesis is to define the theoretical concept of pay for workers and confronting him with a reasonably functioning system in a particular company.
