První část této práce se věnuje charakteristice právních vztahů vznikajících v oblasti mezinárodního obchodního styku a vysvětluje pojem mezinárodního prvku v soukromoprávních vztazích. Dále je zde také uvedena krátká charakteristika mezinárodního práva soukromého a práva mezinárodního obchodu. Druhá část této práce se zabývá obecným pojednáním o zajištění závazků v mezinárodním obchodě. Úvod této části je věnován stručné charakteristice obchodních závazkových vztahů, na kterou navazuje podrobnější výklad ohledně zajištění obchodních závazků. Třetí část této práce podává v obecnější rovině výklad základních způsobů úpravy právních vztahů vznikajících v mezinárodním obchodě s ohledem na zajištění závazků. Čtvrtá, poslední část této práce obsahuje podrobnější výklad jednotlivých zajišťovacích instrumentů, které se nejčastěji používají v mezinárodním obchodě. Na závěr této části jsou uvedeny obecné faktory, které ovlivňují výběr vhodného zajišťovacího prostředku s ohledem na povahu a specifika jednotlivých zajišťovacích instrumentů. The first part of the thesis deals with a description of legal relationships in the international trade and explains the term "international element." Further there is a short description of private international law and international trade law. The second part of the thesis is focused on securing of contractual obligations in the international trade. The third part concerns with explanation of the basic forms of legal relationships in the international trade regulation with regard to securing of contractual obligations. The final part of the thesis deals with a description of securing instruments used in the international trade. At the end of this part there are listed factors which influence the choice of a suitable securing instrument.
