Tato práce se zaměřuje na vybrané aspekty nadnárodní podpory podnikání v České republice. Vzhledem k důležitosti malých a středních podniků nejen v ČR, ale v celé Evropské unii je významná pozornost věnována právě těmto subjektům. První část je teoreticky zaměřena, popisuje situaci a postavení MSP, dělení podniků dle velikosti a snahy o změny jejich přístupu k podporám. Dále je v práci popsána regionální a strukturální politika EU a jednotlivé iniciativy. Další část je věnována operačním programům v ČR a jejich využitelnosti pro podnikatele. Detailněji popsán je jeden program a to ROP NUTS II Jihozápad, který je v práci reprezentován nejen teoretickými poznatky, ale i konkrétním projektem z praxe. Na závěr je zařazena kapitola o podávání žádosti o dotaci. This thesis focuses on chosen aspects of a supranational support of enterprises in the Czech Republic. According to the importance of small and medium businesses not only in the Czech Republic but in all Europe are SMEs in focus more than before. The first part is theoretical and focuses on describing a situation and position of SMEs, dividing them according to size etc. Following part describes the Regional and structure policy in the EU and initiatives. The next part contains all operation programs of support in the Czech Republic and their benefit for enterprises. In details is described ROP NUTS II South-west, which is supported by a real example. The last chapter includes the mechanism of application for financial support.
