Cílem mé práce je zhodnotit vliv vnitřních faktorů efektivnosti v organizaci "Správa železniční dopravní cesty, státní organizace". Určit vliv jednotlivých faktorů na výkon a kvalitu výstupu a jejich vzájemnou provázanost. Určit rozsah vlivu zaměstnanců na tyto faktory a najít rozdíly mezi teorií efektivnosti a praxí v uvedené organizaci. The aim of my work is to evaluate the influence of internal factors in organization effectiveness "Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization". Determination of the effect of individual factors on the performance and output quality, and their interdependence. Determine the extent of influence of employees on these factors and find the differences between theory and practice efficiency in the organization.
