Analýza projektu " Automatizované zpracování telefonních účtů" ve velké poradenské společnosti. Využití metod projektového managementu: logický rámec, analýza stakeholderů, matice odpovědností, diagram milníků, PERT analýza. Vyvinutí konceptu, při kterém bude možné lépe zpracovávat projekty v poradenské společnosti v budoucnu. Získaní informace pro účely diplomové práce pomocí metody řízených rozhovorů s vedoucí pracovníky společnosti a pomocí online dotazníku. Analysis of the "Automated processing of telephone bills" in a large consulting firm. Use of project management methods: logical framework, analysis of stakeholders, responsibility matrix, milestones chart, PERT analysis.The main objective it to develop the concept, in which it will be better to handle projects in the consulting company in the future. The information for the purposes of this thesis were collected using the method of guided interviews with leading professionals in the company and using the online questionnaire.
