Oblast cestovního ruchu v ČR je významně podporována především díky dotacím ze strukturálních fondů EU. Práce se zabývá analýzou čerpání těchto veřejných prostředků do zmiňované oblasti v programovacím období 2004-2006, které již pro své dokončení lze analyzovat. V rámci zkoumaného období se tedy práce tedy týká priority 4. SROP - Rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Na základě dostupných empirických dat zde komparuji výsledky vybraných ukazatelů realizovaných projektů monitorovaných na úrovni krajů. Kromě toho se práce snaží zkoumat vliv čerpaných prostředků na rozvoj oblasti CR v ČR (s pomocí makroekonomických ukazatelů jako např. příspěvek k tvorbě HDP či příspěvek k tvorbě zaměstnanosti). Dále se práce zaměřuje na problematiku poměru typů konečných uživatelů projektů v prioritě 4. SROP a pokouší se zhodnotit, zda byly finanční prostředky alokovány efektivním způsobem. Tourism in the Czech Republic is significantly supported primarily by grants from the EU Structural Funds. This thesis analyzes the utilization of public resources in the area mentioned in the programming period 2004-2006, which has for its completion can be analyzed. The area is therefore concerned with the 4th priorities of the JROP - Tourism Development. On the basis of available empirical data here compare the results of selected monitoring indicators at the level of different regions. In addition, this thesis aims to examine the impact of drawn funds for the development of tourism in the Czech Republic (with macro-economic indicators such as contribution to GDP or contribution to job creation). Then the thesis focuses on relationship issues types of end users of projects in the 4th priority JROP and attempts to assess whether the funds were allocated effectively.
