Práce se zabývá analýzou zavádění podnikových informačních systémů. Jsou uvedeny teoretické postupy pro výběr, implementaci a kontrolu informačních systémů. Práce je zaměřena na systémy Enterprise Resource Planning, je však aplikovatelná i na jiné informační systémy. Teorie je konfrontována s poznatky získanými z tuzemských podniků pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů, dotazníkového šetření a četbou případových studií. Na základě získaných dat je ověřeno dodržování daných postupů. This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of implementation of business information systems. There are given theoretical guidelines for choosing, implementing and checking of information systems. This thesis is focused on Enterprise Resource Planning software; nevertheless it is applicable to other information software as well. Theory is confronted with the real business data gathered from Czech companies by the means of structured interview, on-line forms and by reading case studies. On the basis of analyzed data it is verified whether the guidelines are followed.
