Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spolupráce Ukrajiny a Evropské Unií. Hodnotí,jaké přínosy ta spolupráce nese pro obě strany a jaké jsou perspektivy její dalšího vývoje. Také jsou zkoumané mechanizmy, které používá EU pro budování vztahů se svými partnery. Na základě analýzy vývoje vztahů Ukrajina - EU, poskytuje práce pro čtenáře přehled, do jaké míry tyto mechanismy byly efektivní na příkladě Ukrajiny. Zároveň jsou zkoumané vnitřní a vnější faktory, které brání integrace Ukrajiny do EU. Zvláštní pozornost je věnovala vlivu Ruské Federace. This thesis analyzes the relationship between Ukraine and the European Union. It evaluates the benefits of co-operation for both parties and the prospects of its further development. Also it examines the instruments used by the EU for building relationships with its partners. Based on the analysis of the development of Ukraine -- EU relations, this thesis gives the reader an overview of effectiveness of those instruments. At the same time internal and external factors, that impede Ukraine's integration into the EU, are analyzed. Special attention is devoted to the influence of the Russian Federation.
