Překládaná diplomová práce je naplánovaná jako způsob jak se blíže seznámit s kupní smlouvou, pochopit její jednotlivé body, nástroje, kterými se zajišťuje plnění a dodržování podmínek smlouvy a mechanismus jejího fungování v mezinárodním obchodním styku. This final thesis is focused on the theory of international contract. It opens various sections and tools, that are needed to ensure contract, and explains mechanism of working of those tools in international trade.
