Nákup jakožto pevná součást každého podniku je důležité oddělení ovlivňující výrazným podílem celkové fungování firmy. Potvrzuji tuto skutečnost a vykresluji možná zařazení nákupu ve firmě a jeho interní organizaci; přiblížuji standardní nákupní strategie a procesy a detailněji se zaměřuji na trendy a moderní procesy, které se dnes ve světě využívají. Ve druhé části se zabývám konsignačním skladem jako metodou jak snižovat zásoby a tím i kapitálové náklady. Purchasing as a firm part of each company is an important department considerably influencing functioning of a firm. I confirm this fact and describe possible positions of purchasing department in the organizational structure of a company and internal organization of the department. I describe purchasing strategies and procedures with a focus on the modern trends and procedures, which are used in today's world. The second part is about the consignment stock, which is one way of lowering the stock level and thus, capital costs.
