Cílem této práce je nalézt optimalizační řešení pro daňové povinnosti podniku. První část práce je věnována popisu společnosti. Jsou v ní uvedeny základní informace o společnosti a finanční analýza společnosti. Druhá část se zabývá výpočtem jednotlivých daňových povinností podniku a ve dvou případech jsou zde uvedeny informace o odvodu daní, aniž by byl podnik zatížen daňovým břemenem. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy optimalizačních řešení. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find solutions for optimizing business tax. The first part is devoted to the description of the company. This sets down the basic information about the company and financial analysis company. The second part deals with the calculation of tax liabilities of individual enterprise and in two cases are given information about the levy of taxes without the tax burden borne by business. The last section provides suggestions optimization solutions.
