Cieľom mojej práce je poskytnúť komplexnú analýzu firemnej kultúry spoločnosti DHL a posúdiť adekvátnosť. Na prevedenie dôkladnej analýzy najprv v teoretickej časti uvádzam základné charakteristiky firemnej kultúry, jej rôzne definície a základné elementy, z ktorých je tvorená. Následne uvádzam funkcie firemnej kultúry, vzťah národnej a firemnej kultúry a jej typológie. Praktická časť sa skladá z detailného popisu a následnej analýzy firemnej kultúry vybranej firmy. Cílem mé práce je poskytnout komplexní analýzu firemní kultury společnosti DHL a posoudit její adekvátnost. Na provedení důkladné analýzy nejprve v teoretické části uvádím základní charakteristiky firemní kultury, její různé definice a základní elementy, ze kterých je tvořena. Následně uvádím funkce firemní kultury, vztah národní a firemní kultury a její typologie. Praktická část se skládá z detailního popisu a následné analýzy firemní kultury vybrané firmy. The aim of my thesis is to provide a comprehensive analysis of company culture and assess the adequacy of the corporate culture of the DHL. To accomplish that I firstly present basic characteristics of corporate culture, its various definitions and basic elements from which it is formed in theoretical part of my thesis. Afterwards I'm describing the functions of corporate culture, the relationship between national and corporate culture and its typology. The practical part consists of detailed description and subsequent analysis of the corporate culture of the selected company.
