Cílem této práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Korado, a.s. k 31. 12. 2010 pro vlastníky společnosti. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, ve které jsou popsány metody a postupy vztahující se k ocenění podniku. Analytická část obsahuje představení společnosti, strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu a finanční plán. Ocenění je provedeno metodou účetní hodnoty a metodou volných diskontovaných peněžních toků pro vlastníky. The aim if this thesis is valuation of the company Korado, a.s. on the date 31. 12. 2010 for owners of the company. This thesis consists of the theoretical part which describes methods and accounting procedures related to the valuation. The practical part contains the description of the company Korado, a.s., strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. The valuation is based on the method of discounted free cash flow to the firm.
