Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi, jak financovat vlastní bydlení v České republice. V práci se zaměřuji především na hypoteční úvěr a na jeho hlavní charakteristiky. Zmíněny jsou také úvěry stavebních spořitelen, tj. úvěr ze stavebního spoření a úvěr překlenovací. Cílem této práce je analýza aktuální nabídky hypotečních produktů na trhu. Tyto produkty jsem porovnávala na základě nejdůležitějších parametrů, jako jsou úrokové sazby nebo poplatky spojené s hypotečním úvěrem. V závěrečné části jsem uvedla modelový příklad, který shrnuje předchozí poznatky a analyzuje nejvýhodnější produkty na českém hypotečním trhu. My bachelor thesis deals with prospects of building financing in the Czech Republic. I focus primarily on the mortgage and its main characteristics. Credits of building societes, i.e. building savings loans and bridging loans are also listed in my thesis. The aim of this final paper is to analyse the current offer of mortgage products on the market. I compared these products in terms of the most important variables, such as the interest rate or charges connected with mortgages. In the final part I created a model example which summarizes previous findings and analyses the most advantageous products on the Czech mortgage market.
