Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a zhodnocení ekonomické situace profesionálního sportovního klubu SK Dynamo České Budějovice, který byl založen již v roce 1905 a v posledních letech je pravidelným účastníkem první ligy. V první části práce se zaměřím na teoretický úvod do problematiky profesionálních sportovních klubů a na metodologii použitých analýz. Na začátku praktické části představím klub SK Dynamo České Budějovice a v další části provedu finanční analýzu, kterou zaměřím na horizontální a vertikální analýzu účetních výkazů, na poměrovou analýzu, která bude obsahovat analýzu ukazatelů rentability, likvidity, aktivity a zadluženosti, a na aplikaci Altmanova modelu. V poslední části bakalářské práce se soustředím na analýzu vývoje nákladů vynaložených na dosažení jednoho bodu v ligové soutěži. The aim of this thesis is a description and evaluation of the economic situation of the professional sports club SK Dynamo České Budějovice, that was founded in 1905 and for many of the last years has been a regular participant in the Gambrinus League. The first part of my thesis will focus on theoretical introduction into the business and economy of professional sports club and on the methodology of the analysis. At the beginning of the practical part I will present the club SK Dynamo České Budějovice and in the other parts I analyse a financial situation of SK Dynamo through the horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, through the ratio analysis, which will include profitability rations, liquidity rations, aktivity rations and leverage rations, and through the application of Altman model. In the last part of the thesis I will focus on the analysis of the development of costs, which were incurred in order to achieve one point in the league.
