Cíl diplomové práce je zaměřen na strategickou analýzu zemědělského družstva Dušejov. První část práce popisuje teoreticko-metodologické postupy, druhá část se věnuje aplikaci zvolených analýz na vybraný podnik. Syntézou je souhrnná SWOT analýza, určující vhodnou strategii pro podnik. The aim of the thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the farmers' cooperation Dušejov. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical-methodological procedures, the second part deals with the application of selected analyses to the chosen company. The synthesis is represented by the overall SWOT analysis that determines a suitable company strategy.
