Bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem optických vlastností perovskitových materiálů. První kapitola pojednává o původu, klasifikaci, struktuře a formách perovskitů.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the study of optical properties of perovskite materials. The first chapter discusses the origin, classification, structure and forms of perovskites. The application area is also mentioned with an emphasis on display devices. Other chapters focus on possible methods of preparing perovskites as solutions, nanoparticles, single crystals and thin films. The theoretical part continues with a chapter on characterization methods, which also focuses on a broader explanation of the principles key to characterization. The theoretical part concludes with an overview of the current state of knowledge in the field of characterization of perovskite thin films using spectroscopic ellipsometry. The experimental part describes the preparation of thin films by spin coating, measurement of ellipsometric spectra and their evaluation using optical models. By using the CPPB model, favorable matches with experimental spectra were obtained, and the parameters of individual oscillators that characterize the spectrum were determined. The high-frequency permittivity and band gap were read from the spectra graphs, which showed similarity to the tabulated values.
