Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zprovoznění a případné modernizace frézky ProtoMat 95s/II za účelem výroby prototypových desek plošných spojů. Práce se snaží objasnit pojmy fréza a frézka, uvádí jejich základní druhy a technická řešení relevantní pro zpracování plošných spojů. Inspiraci pro modernizaci si bere z některých dostupných frézek určených pro nebo umožňujících zpracování plošných spojů. Dále identifikuje problémy ve zprovoznění frézky ProtoMat a vysvětluje jejich řešení. Nakonec uvádí postup práce se softwarovým vybavením a frézkou samotnou. This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of commissioning and partial modernization of the ProtoMat 95s/II milling machine for the purpose of prototyping printed circuit boards. The thesis tries to clarify the terms milling cutter and milling machine, presents their basic types and technical solutions relevant for the processing of printed circuits. The inspiration for modernization is taken from some of the available milling machines designed or capable of processing printed circuit boards. Furthermore, it identifies issues encountered during the commissioning of the ProtoMat milling machine and explains their solutions. Finally, it outlines the workflow involving both the software tools and the milling machine itself.
