Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem personálního systému, který by měl zjednodušit a zefektivnit práci personálního oddělení ve společnosti Sika CZ. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout takový systém, který bude co nejvíce vyhovovat zaměstnancům firmy i nejvyššímu managementu. The diploma thesis deals with a human resources project that should make the personnel department work in Sika CZ Company easier and more effective. The target of the thesis is to propose a system that will comply utmost with the employees of the company and the top management, too.
